RETURN POLICY
We do not offer any refunds, only store credit. Should you wish to return an item for store credit, please e-mail inquiry@mugwortmugwort.com. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original condition within 7 days from receiving your package to qualify. If you exceed the 7 days, we cannot offer store credit. As a new small business, we do not provide return labels.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
Store credit will be issued once the items are returned. By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated in this section. Due to limited stock, exchanges are currently not accepted. Please check the size chart and e-mail if you have any questions before purchasing.
International orders are considered Final Sales; returns cannot be accepted. Sales items, underwear, and hair accessories are also regarded as final.
