Return Policy
Each Mugwort Mugwort item has been inspected to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, we offer store credit for eligible products.
To initiate a return, please email inquiry@mugwortmugwort.com with your name and order number, so we can assist you with processing.
You have 7 days from receiving your package to contact us regarding any returns or issues. If you exceed the 7 days, we cannot offer a store credit. Full-price store credit returns are applicable only for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items returned in their original condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any accessories.
As we are a new, small business we currently do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
We cannot credit any products until they have been returned to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, the store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
International orders are considered FINAL SALE and returns cannot be accepted. Sale items, underwear, and all accessories are also considered FINAL SALE.
Our no refund policy is highlighted on the landing page and the checkout page. We cannot make any adjustments once an order is placed.

Return Shipping Instructions
To complete a return:
1. Please contact us at inquiry@mugwortmugwort.com with your name, order number and which items you'd like to return. We will provide a return address.
2. If there is damage, please send us a photo of the problem/defect. Damage incurred during transit are to be resolved directly with USPS as it is out of our hands after that time.
3. Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in their original condition to be eligible.
4. Pack items in a secure package and mail to the return address provided via email. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. USPS offers certified mail options with signature and tracking as we are not liable for lost packages.
6. The customer wil need to file a claim with USPS for any lost or stolen packages.
7. All U.S. orders are fully insured, and you can receive a full refund via the insurance check provided via USPS. Please check with the shipping provider for more information.
Please wait 5-7 business days before contacting us, as store credits can vary depending on when we receive your return package. If you still have not received an email from us after 7 days, please contact us at inquiry@mugwortmugwort.com.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs will vary by weight and location, and are subject to additional charges. We currently use USPS and only ship within the United States. Please allow for a 1-3 business day processing window.
Any order that greatly exceeds our STANDARD shipping option will be notified of potential costs differences.
Import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside the United States and are not included in your order's total. *We are currently unable to ship to Canada at this time.
Mugwort Mugwort is not responsible for import duties or customs fees. All international orders are FINAL SALE. Transit times and delivery will vary.
Mugwort Mugwort is not responsible for packages delayed or lost/stolen in transit. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact USPS. If your package shows as delivered, but you have not received it, we are unable to file a claim on your behalf.
We will notify you via email once your parcel has been sent.
If the parcel has yet to arrive within 10 business days from dispatch, contact: inquiry@mugwortmug-wort.com.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to the shipper as well as weather or any unforeseen issues.
If you miss your delivery attempt, please contact USPS to reschedule. Redelivery of returned packages to us will incur an additional shipping charge.
We cannot redirect orders that have already been shipped.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.
