Can I cancel or change my order once it’s been placed?

No. Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

How long will it take for my order to process before shipping?

We ship orders twice a week: Monday and Thursday. (If a holiday falls on those days, orders will go out on the following allocated shipping date.) Please submit orders by 2:00 pm PST the day before a designated shipping day in order for your packages get out on time. If there are any delays, someone will notify you. We are a small, independent business and will do our best to get things out in a timely manner.

What do I do if an item from my order is missing or damaged?

Please contact us regarding any missing or damaged items.

How do I know if my order has been sent?

We will notify you once your order has been shipped.

Can I pick up something locally in LA?

We currently do not provide this service.

Do you offer gift wrapping and gift receipts?

We currently do not offer this service. However, we can include a handwritten card. Please contact us with any requests.

A$15 USD non-delivery fee will be charged for refused shipments.

Shipping should take up to 5-7 business days.

What if I haven't received my package and it's past the expected delivery date?

Please contact us if your package has not arrived within 10 business days. However, we are not responsible for delays due to strikes, inclement weather, or customs.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the US and Canada. We hope to provide expanded international shipping and will update our site when applicable.
